Who this notice is about
This notice describes the Prism8 website and its contact form. Contact: hey@prism8.nl. The legal entity responsible for processing and its registered address are pending confirmation on our company details page.
It does not describe how a future client project, AI system, or marketing campaign processes data. Those arrangements need their own review.
What the site collects
The form is preview only. It displays fields for your name, email address, request, and optional company, but their contents are not sent to Prism8 or a form provider. The site does not save these entries. Your browser may retain field values through its own autofill or session features.
Opening the site also involves technical information such as your IP address and request details being handled by hosting and security infrastructure. This release has no Prism8-configured advertising pixels, audience tracking, or analytics service.
Purpose & legal basis
The preview demonstrates the future inquiry form. Clicking its button does not contact Prism8, create an inquiry, or subscribe you to marketing.
Pending confirmation: the responsible legal entity must confirm and document the legal basis for email correspondence and security processing. Before live form delivery is connected, this notice will be updated with its data use and provider details.
Where a message goes
The preview has no form delivery provider connected. Clicking the email link opens your email application; any message you choose to send uses your email provider and the recipient's email provider.
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare delivery and security infrastructure. A custom domain does not change that underlying hosting.
Pending confirmation: provider roles, processing agreements, subprocessors, data locations, and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area. No EU-only storage claim is made here.
How long information is kept
Pending confirmation: a verified retention schedule for inquiries, email correspondence, and provider logs has not yet been published. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a particular period.
You can ask about retention or request deletion by emailing hey@prism8.nl. Some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
Your choices & rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
Send a request to hey@prism8.nl. Do not send a copy of your passport or identity card with an initial request. If identity verification is needed, the necessary steps should be explained to you.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies & automated decisions
After you choose in the privacy panel, a local browser entry remembers your analytics and marketing preferences for up to 180 days. The component does not send this record to Prism8 or assign a visitor ID. No optional tracking services are connected yet, and adding providers requires a fresh choice.
